In January of 2010, I decided to make a life changing move, I weighed in at 328 lbs, was always tired and had recently decided to quit smoking. With inspiration from a close friend of mine I decided to make the biggest change of my life. I began changing my diet, then changed the portions I ate and the frequency in which I ate. After a couple months I still was not getting the results that I was looking for, so I contacted Stace to get advice on what I should do to get the results by the desired date I was looking for. So after a short consultation and and setting a few goals Stace was quickly able to give me some suggestions on exactly what I should take along with all of the information about the products and how they work. Now I am 3 weeks out from leaving Iraq a New man, and should reach my stated goal of 215 lbs by the date I had in mind.
